Jeff has been with Inskeep Ford Mercury and in the automobile business since birth.  Jeff attended Anderson Technical School after graduating from Eastern Hancock.  Jeffs wealth of knowledge has helped Inskeep Ford Mercury to obtain Three Presidents Awards (this is Fords highest honor). 

Jeff still lives in Greenfield and is very active in the community.  Jeff is a 4 year Board Member for the Hancock County Boy's and Girl's Club, and is a member of the F.O.P., he is also a great supporter of the Hancock County 4-H.

I am third generation Ford family.  My maternal grandfather was Vice President of Ford Motor Company.  My paternal grandmother was plant nurse at Ford's River Rouge Plant in Detroit, Michigan.  My father was a sales representative with Ford until 1973 when he became a Ford Dealer in Van Wert, Ohio.  Most of my uncles and cousins work for Ford.

I began washing cars for my dad when I was in the sixth grade.  In high school, I was an apprentice in the parts, service and body shop.  I began selling cars the week I graduated, married my high school sweetheart and have been at a dealership ever since.  My wife Susie and I have three beautiful girls.  Two attending Indiana University and the youngest is a junior in high school.  (call Inskeep Ford Mercury in the summer, she might answer the phone.)

Working for Jeff Inskeep is a pleasure.  His instructions to me are simple, take great care of our employees and customers.  This is a great dealership and I'm proud to be part of the team.

Bill Carpenter has been with Inskeep Ford Mercury for over 15 years and has been in the car business for over 35 years.  One of our great assets Bill is Master Certified in sales, commercial sales, sales manager, and finance. 

Bill has lived in Greenfield for over 30 years, and has been married to wife D.J for over 16 years.  His grandson Grant Burgess attends Greenfield Central High School and he plays football and basketball.

Bill believes in a no hassle, no pressure, easy sale for all of his customers.

Marc Mattingly has been with Inskeep Ford Mercury for just over a year now, and has been in the car business for over 4 years.  Marc is Master Certified as the Internet Manager, and also in sales.  Marc and Pam have three children all boys, Josh and Dylan are in grade school, and Nicholas is a freshman in high school. 

Marc's sales goal is to make every customer a customer for life, and to exceed their needs every time.  

Jeremy Pike has been with Inskeep Ford Mercury for 9 years.  Jeremy started at Inskeep as a shuttle van driver and working in the service department.  Jeremy is level 3 Master Certified in sales, and is in the top 25 in our region.  Jeremy has lived in Greenfield his whole life.  Both Jeremy and his wife Christa graduated from Greenfield Central high school.

As a consumer himself Jeremy always makes sure his customers are treated the same way he would expect to be.

We have had the pleasure of having Mark with us for just over 10 months now.  Mark's 21 years in the car business have given him a wealth of knowledge, that he is very eager to share with his customers and our team.  Mark is Master Certified with Ford in sales.  Mark has worked with several other brands as well.  Mark lives in Fortville, and has one son Austin who is in the 8th grade at Knightstown, he plays football, and basketball.  Mark also has a daughter Carri who is a sophomore at the University of Cincinnati Engineering School.

Mark makes sure to treat each and every customer the way he wants to be treated.

Brian came to Inskeep about a year ago, and has been a great addition to our team.  With over seven years of experience he offers a wonderful amount of knowledge to our team.  Brian is Master Certified in sales with Ford and knows just about every other make and model in and out.  Brian lives in Pendleton with his wife melanie and two sons Clay and Collin.  Both of his sons attend Pendleton Heights High School and play baseball. 

Brian works very hard for every customer and to treat them like family!

Tim is fairly new to Inskeep, but not the car business, he brings over 40 years of experience to Inskeep.  A perfect fit for our team, Tim is Master Certified in sales.  Tim attended Missouri State University and has a B.S. in business management.  Tim lives in New Palestine with his wife Bea, and has two daughters Kelly and Carrie.  Tim's grandchildren attend New Pal schools.

Tim believes in making the buying experience enjoyable for the customer.

Kirby is the newest addition to our sales team, and has been a sales consultant for seven years.  Kirby attended Ball State University, and also served in the U.S. Army for 3 years.  Kirby is Master Certified level 3 with Ford. 

Kirby lives in Muncie with wife dawn, and has three children, sons Dane, and Cary, and daughter Beth who is attending Ball State University.

Kirbys Selling Philosophy:  "Is for the customer to know that I am there after the sell.  When I sell a car I just don't have a customer, I have a friend".

Mark Windler came to Inskeep just over 8 months ago, and brings over 10 years experience as Business Manager.  Mark is Master Certified in Finance and has a four year bachelor degree in business management.  Mark lives in Indianapolis with wife Jenny and is expecting his first child any time.  Mark is an avid football fan. 

Daretta has been with Inskeep's for over 12 years and has been in the automobile business for 23 years.  Daretta received her B.A from Winthrop University.  Daretta has also been awarded the Ford Accountants Honor Roll Gold Level Award.  Residing in Greenfield with her twin daughters Jesse and Julie whom attend GCHS, Daretta also volunteers time as the Treasurer of Greenfield Soccer Club.

Amanda is our Office Manager, and has been with Inskeep for over 9 years.  Amanda attended Greenfield High School and graduated in 1994.  Amanda lives in Carthage with husband Brian.  A great member of our team Amanda has over 15 years of experience in this business.

When you call Inskeep Ford Mercury chances are you talk to Jeanine first.  She has been with us for 6 years, and is a ray of sun shine everyday.  Jeanine lives in Greenfield with her husband Jay.  They have two daughters Jada who attends Indiana University, and Jena who is a Sophomore at Greenfield Central High School and plays softball.  Jena likes to play in the dirt because she is studying to be an archaeologist. 

One of our newest additions Sheila lives in Greenfield.  Sheila is currently attending Harrison College and is working toward her degree in health sciences.  Sheila and Kurt have two daughters Dalee and Kaylenn whom attend Eastern Hancock Elementary.  They both play basketball and enjoy acting.

Steve brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our team.  He has been with Inskeep for over 2 years and has been in this line of work for over 31 years.  Steve is Master Certified in just about everything.

Steve is a verteran of the U.S. Army Special Forces, and attended Purdue University.  He is also a member of the Service Manager Advisory Council, and has been a 4 time Presidents Award Service Manager.

Steve lives in indianapolis with wife Karen of 34 years.  Steve has one son Shawn.

Rhonda has spent 13 of her 28 years in the automobile business with Inskeep Ford Mercury.  Rhonda has been awarded the Silver & Bronze Medallion Elite Awards, and is Master Certified as a service advisor.  Rhonda and husband Greg live in Greenfield and have two children james and amanda and one grandchild Logan who is 4.

New to Inskeep Ford, but not new to the service business, Dan has been at it for over 32 years.  Dan has also lived in Greenfield for over 25 years. 

Robert has been at Inskeep for 4 years.  Robert is a Top Gun Graduate at Lincoln Tech with an Associates Degree in Applied Science.  Robert resides in Shelby County with wife Kimberly and children Stevie, Sam, Elizabeth and Sadie.

Brian Kirchner has been with Inskeep Ford for 25 years.  Brians knowledge is unmatched and it shows in the quality of his work.  Brian is a Ford Senior Master Technician, and was 1990 National Master Tech for ASE.  Brian lives in Carthage with wife Amanda.  Brian has two sons Andy and Jimmy.  Andy is an electrician and Jimmy just enlisted in the Army.

Brian is an avid hunter and fisherman, and enjoys farming. 

Shaun has been with us for over 5 years and has been in this industry for over 9 years.  Shaun has a two year automotive degree, and has been a Senior Master Technician for the last 5 years.  Shaun is also ASE Certified and is our Shelby performance tech.

Shaun lives in Indianapolis with wife Char and their black lab Sadie.  In his free time Shaun loves drag racing and restoring classic hot rods.

Tim is another great service tech here at Inskeep.  He has been with us for over 6 years, and he brings over 10 years of experience to our service team.  Tim has a 2 year Bachelor Degree from Ivy Tech, and is Ford Senior Master Certified, and ASE Certified.

Tim lives in Greenfield with wife Heather, and their two children Gavin and Lexi.  Tim loves to spend time with his family and is an avid Colts fan.

David has been with Inskeep for over 3 years.  He graduated from Vincennes University with honors, cum laude with a degree in automotive technology.  David is Ford Certified and ASE Certified. 

David lives in New Palestine. 

Barry is the newest edition to our service staff.  Barry has been in the car buisness since 1983 and with Ford since 1994. Master Certified with Ford, and an Honor Graduate of Lincoln Tech.  Barry lives in New Castle with wife Becky.  Bary has two step children, Jeremy, and Aaron, and three step grand children, Chase, Choloe, and Claire. 

Randy has been part of our service team for 2 years, and has been in the automobile trade for over 9 years.  Randy is Ford Certified, and is working on a Master Certification in chassis.

Randy lives in Spiceland with wife Tanya and their two children Ariel and Cole.  Both attend Tri-Elementry School.  Ariel plays softball, and Cole plays football.

Will is a great new addition to the Inskeep Service Department.  Will has been in the Automotive business for over 16 years.  Will is a graduate of Universal Technical institue, and the Ford Fact Program.  Will is ASE Master Certified, and Is Ford Certified in many different areas.  Will lives in Rushville, Indiana.  Will has been a race car driver since he was 5 he currently runs 3/4 Midgets. 

Gregg is one of the newest members of our Inskeep team.  New to us, but not new to the parts business, Gregg has been at this for over 29 years.  Gregg is Master Certified as a Parts Manager, Service Manager, in accessories.  Gregg currently resides in Findlay, Ohio.  Gregg has three children, two sons Casey and Lucas, and daughter Ally.  Lucas is a service technician, Casey served in the Army as a corrections officer, and is working to be a Highway Parolman.  Ally is a senior in highschool and plans to attend culinary school.  Gregg also has one grandchild Ethan who is 4 months old.

James has been in our parts department for over 4 years and has been in the car business for over 6 years. James is Ford Master Certified.

James lives in Knightstown, and loves to watch football.

Robert brings over 43 years of experience to Inskeep, and is a great addition to our parts department.  Robert lives in Greenfield with wife Cherrie, they have five children and nine grandchildren.

Sean has been with Inskeep Ford for over 3 years.  Sean Attended New Palestine High School, then went on to the Walker Career Center, from there he spent 10 years with Church Brothers. 

Sean lives in Greenfield with wife Melinda. Sean loves camping and belongs to the Brandywine Cruisers Car Club. Sean owns a 28 Model A Ford and a 1916 Model T Ford.

Ken has been with us for over 5 years, and has been in the collision buisness for over 47 years.  Ken has been given the honor of the Silver Medallion Award.  Ken lives in Greenfield with wife Bonita, he has three children and seven grandchildren.

Alan brings 37 years worth of experience to our collision center, and 4 of those are with Inskeep Ford.  Alan is ICAR ASE Certified.

He lives in Wanamaker with wife Christine.

Kevin has been with the Inskeep Collision Center for over 16 years, and has over 32 years experience.  He is both ASE and Dupont Certified. 

Kevin live in Indianapolis with wife Lynn.
