Lube Technician

Responsibilities:

  • Check all vehicle fluid levels, quality, and replace. (i.e. windshield wiper, power steering, brake, transmission, differential, and engine coolant)
  • Check and change engine oil/filter.
  • Check tire pressure and condition.
  • Keep equipment, work area, and car clean while completing work.
  • Report any issues with vehicle lifts, air-lines, or any equipment malfunctions to the service manager immediately.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred 2+ Years of experience
  • Friendliness, enthusiasm, reliability, with a positive team-player attitude.
  • Strong work ethic with the ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Safe working knowledge of shop tools and equipment, and dealership experience. Brand knowledge is preferred, but not required.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.

Auto Body Repair Technician

  Professional Craftsmanship. Our specially trained Collision Center Professionals have all the parts, tools, and expertise to repair vehicle damage. An I-CAR Certified Collision Repair Center we are seeking an experienced individual trained in structural frame repairs.
 

Responsibilities:


•Ability to examine vehicle damages. Ensure all needed repairs are identified
•Remove vehicle trim to gain access to the vehicle body and damaged areas. Complete dis-assembly of the vehicle in order to assess damage to prepare a 100% Repair Plan
•Repair collision damaged vehicles according to OEM specifications and company standards and I-Car Gold Class requirements.
•Attend/collaborate with team during daily production meetings
Plan work procedure: follow work order for all operations listed
•Operate a variety of hand and power tools (e.g. welder, soldering equipment, cutting torch, blocks, hammers, wrenches, sander, spray guns, etc.)
•File, grind, and sand repaired surfaces before turning the vehicle over to the Paint Dept.
Inspect and test drive repaired vehicles to check for compliance with safety and quality standards; Wash and prepare vehicles for customer return
•Comply with all safety rules, guidelines, and standards
•Perform other related duties as assigned relating to, but not limited to washing cars, cleaning the shop, etc.


Qualifications:


•1-5+ years of collision repair experience
•Ability to properly complete light to heavy repairs, including structural work
•Above-average quality focus
•High production capabilities
•CAR Certification is a bonus
•Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently; the majority of lifting from knee to shoulder heights; other lifting required from various levels.
•Must be able to carry and transport up to 60 pounds up to 20 feet.
•Requires standing for an extended period of time with frequent stretching, reaching, walking and stooping, pushing and/or pulling in an environment that may be cold, hot, noisy, and wet and may have fumes or odors due to vehicle maintenance.
•Requires excellent visual acuity and manual dexterity.
•Requires use of safety equipment that may include but not limited to face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, masks, and other protective garments and equipment.
•Requires frequent driving and some typing.
•Must adhere to regular and predictable attendance.

Automotive Service Technician

Responsibilities:

  • Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with the dealership.
  • Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.
  • Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
  • Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers are informed if any additional service is needed. Provide an estimate of the time needed for additional repairs.
  • Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.

Qualifications:

  • 2 years of previous experience at an automotive dealership
  • Ford experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of the service drive
  • Years of experience vary per position
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Dexterity, requiring a steady hand, excellent hand-eye coordination
  • Mechanical and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Basic computer competencies
  • Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate with others effectively
  • Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications
  • Able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
